3 December 2021

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust will be holding its ‘virtual’ Annual Members’ Meeting on Wednesday 15th December, 5pm – 6.30 pm and is inviting members of the public to join the online event.

Attendees will receive an update on our challenges, key developments and highlights over the past year, including a reflection on the pandemic recovery. Our Annual Report and Annual Accounts 2020/21 will be presented, along with the work of the Group Council of Governors. We will also set out our plans for the year ahead for our acute and community healthcare services in Salford, Oldham, Bury and Rochdale. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the meeting.

Chairman, Professor Michael Luger, said: "2020/21 has been a year like no other. The wide-ranging impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic have spread like the virus itself, affecting almost every aspect of our lives. The coronavirus crisis has been challenging and tiring but has also showcased our staff’s unwavering commitment to patient care, resilience, adaptability, teamwork and in particular, their innovation to these unprecedented circumstances."
