Overnight resurfacing works will take place on the A576 Eccles Old Road, between Half Edge Lane and Edgehill Road between the hours of 7pm and 6am from Monday 16 September to Friday 25 October 2024.
The closure will be from Edgehill Road to Gilda Brook roundabout, in that direction only. The eastbound side (towards Manchester) will remain open at all times.
Access to Salford Royal will remain open at all times. For visitors approaching from the westbound side of Eccles Old Road, there will be a clearly signposted diversion on weeknights between 7pm and 6am. Emergency services will be allowed access through the works area at all times.
