Meet and greet request form

Whether you're new to the service or you've used it before you'll need to register your visit with us before we can allocate a member of the volunteer team to support you on the day.

The form below is not the only way to register; you can also call 0161 206 8942. The line is not always manned so please leave a message with your contact details clearly stated and we will get back to you.

Once you've registered your visit our team will begin making arrangements for your appointment which involves talking to various volunteers and members of staff. You may be contacted by the team to check details about the trip as well as to confirm the arrangements.

Please note

Ideally we need around two weeks notice of your visit in order to make the necessary arrangements; although we will try to accomodate more last minute visits where possible, there is also the possibility that your visit cannot be covered although we will do our utmost to avoid this.
