The Northern Care Alliance (NCA) offers placements for pre-registration healthcare students who want to learn from our expert team.
We work closely with our local universities to make sure every student gets the most out of their time with us.
Join us at one of our hospitals and you’ll have a dedicated practice education facilitator who’ll help support you and your manager during your placement.
Your friendly facilitator will provide a link between clinical staff and your university to ensure full integration of theory and practice.
Placement Charter
This Charter demonstrates the NCA’s commitment to provide a safe and high-quality learning environment to all learners, preparing them for their future roles working collaboratively in multi-professional teams.
