The NCA Family
Our mission is to support individuals to gain paid employment, learn new skills or simply gain exposure to the world of healthcare.
We’re committed to improving the life opportunities, inclusion, social mobility and health and wellbeing of our local population. Nearly 60% of our staff come from the communities we serve and our ambition is to increase this in the next 5 years. We know there is strong evidence linking decent work with good health. By employing local people we are supporting our local economy and infrastructure.
Not only that, the NCA starts early by working with local school and college students inspiring and helping them make their career decisions and showing them what a great career you can have in the NCA.
This is our social value and Anchor Institution mission.
