We are genuinely delighted to welcome our new colleagues and see the 0-19 children services transfer into our Oldham Care Organisation from April 2022.
We are looking forward to the opportunities that having maternity services, paediatrics, and children’s community health alongside the 0–19 service will create and look forward to working with you to achieve the best for our staff and the families we serve.
This online section (Staff Transfer Hub) aims to provide you with all of the information you may need to ensure your transfer to us is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Most of you will continue to do the same job, in the same place. However, we understand that there will be various things for colleagues new to the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) to get to grips with in the first few weeks after transfer.
The Welcome Information Handbook is intended to provide you with as much information as possible to guide you through the transition.
We have been working hard to ensure the transfer is as free from disruption as possible for you, but equally we know that occasionally hiccups do occur, and the pack includes helpline numbers for you to ring should you need more support.
